Taylor Docks uses WooCommerce to manage product orders and shipping for certain items (such as accessories). Larger custom projects, docks, or installations continue to follow an offline quoting and agreement process.
Delivery Zones
We offer delivery and installation services across Ontario, including cottage country and surrounding regions. Specific delivery zones and fees will be discussed during the quoting and planning process.
Delivery of Materials
- Delivery is coordinated as part of your overall project schedule.
- Timelines depend on design finalization, permitting, weather conditions, and site readiness.
- Any applicable delivery fees, crane usage, or special transport arrangements will be detailed in your project estimate.
Shipping for Accessories (if applicable)
In rare cases where smaller accessories or dock components are ordered separately, standard courier shipping may apply. These will be quoted separately and only arranged upon customer confirmation.
Delays
While we do our best to meet agreed-upon timelines, Taylor Docks is not liable for delays outside our control (e.g., weather, third-party logistics, or permitting agencies). We will communicate proactively should your delivery schedule change.
