At Taylor Docks, we are committed to delivering high-quality waterfront products and services. This Refund Policy applies to both purchases made through our WooCommerce shop and to deposits or payments made toward custom projects.
Custom and Made-to-Order Products
Due to the nature of our products—most of which are custom-designed or made-to-order—we are unable to offer refunds once a project is in progress or materials have been ordered. This includes:
- Custom docks or boathouses
- Engineering/design services
- Site-prepared or shoreline-adjusted materials
Please ensure that all project specifications are reviewed and approved before payment or deposit is made.
Deposits
All deposits made toward a project are considered non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement. If a cancellation is requested before material procurement or project commencement, partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Product Issues or Damage
If you receive an item (e.g., a display model or accessory) that was damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. We’ll work with you to arrange an exchange or resolve the issue promptly.
